Shup connects shoppers with partner stores across South Africa. Customers earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts. Merchants use the Shup merchant app to scan loyalty QR codes and process transactions—no superadmin or extra complexity.

At checkout, open the app and show your unique loyalty QR code. The cashier scans it to link your purchase.
Points are credited immediately after your purchase. Track your balance and activity in the app.
Use your points for discounts at any partner store. 100 points = R1.00 off your next purchase. You can also browse featured offers and coupons.
Use the Shup Merchant app to run your store’s loyalty programme: scan customer QR codes, process points and redemptions, and view transactions.
Log in with your merchant account linked to your shop. Your store is already part of the Shup network.
Use the in-app QR scanner to scan the customer’s loyalty QR code, then process the transaction (earn points or redeem points/coupons).
Customer points are credited or deducted in real time. No manual reconciliation—everything stays in sync.
Review transaction history in the app and adjust your store settings when needed.
